Programs

The membership teaches the method. The programs make you run it, with the founder beside you.

Three ways to work with the academy directly: a small group for eight weeks, one-on-one for ninety days, or a four-month build done with you. Every one ends with real releases and a written read of what they did. All three are for Core members and open by application.

Eight weekly group calls

The Release Cohort

Eight weeks. A small group. One real release, reviewed every week.

The membership teaches the method. The cohort makes you run it, with the founder and fifteen other people watching the same eight weeks. You leave with a released single and a written read of what it did.

The eight weeks

  1. Week 1

    Aim and lane

Definite Aim read aloud, lane confirmed with HitSonar and SoundTally, one song chosen.

  2. Week 2

    Audience and concept

Who the song is for, what they will do with it, the hook line.

  3. Week 3

    Write and produce

Lyric, structure and a best take, with a stopping rule.

  4. Week 4

    Finish and clear

Edit, quality control, rights documented, artwork and metadata.

  5. Week 5

    Distribute and plan

DistroKid submission, release date set, the two-week plan on one page.

  6. Week 6

    Content and outreach

Thirty pieces from one release, the creator list, the first messages.

  7. Week 7

    Release week

The plan runs. Daily check-ins in the channel.

  8. Week 8

    Read the data

What moved, what did not, the next single decided.

What is included

  • +A weekly live release review with the founder, in a group of no more than sixteen.
  • +A private cohort channel in the community where the group posts the week's work.
  • +The cohort project: eight weekly steps with the checklist, the lesson and the tool for each.
  • +A release-day plan reviewed before it runs, and a two-week read of the results after.
  • +A written review of your release at the end: what worked, what to change, what to make next.

Twelve weekly one-on-one calls

The Label Track

Ninety days, one-on-one. Your beats, an artist built for them, three singles out under your name.

For producers and musicians with a folder of finished music and no artist to carry it. Over ninety days you and the founder build the artist, release three singles and leave a marketing system running. You finish as a label, not a beatmaker.

Three sprints of four weeks

  1. Weeks 1 to 4

    The artist and single one

Pick the lane from your catalog with data, build the artist, hire the AI vocal, finish and release the first single.

  2. Weeks 5 to 8

    Single two and the audience

Read the first release, write the second to what the audience did, run creator outreach and the viral bridge.

  3. Weeks 9 to 12

    Single three and the system

Use the old song to launch the new one, add the money beyond streams, and leave with the next three singles planned.

What is included

  • +Twelve weekly one-on-one calls with the founder, forty-five minutes each, recorded for you.
  • +Direct messages between calls, answered within a working day.
  • +The Producer Track, opened on your account for good.
  • +The Label Track project: twelve weekly steps across three sprints, one single each.
  • +An AI artist built for your catalog: sound, name, identity, voice direction, visuals.
  • +Three releases planned, run and read, with a written review after each.
  • +A marketing system that keeps running after the ninety days: content calendar, outreach list, the next three singles decided.

Artist Launch

Four months, done with you. We build the artist, make the first record and run the launch beside you.

For the person who knows the artist they want to exist and wants it built properly the first time. Over four months the academy team works alongside you: the identity, the first single, the visuals, the release campaign and the first thirty days after it. You do the parts only you can do. We do the rest with you, on the calls, in the shared project.

Four months, eight sprints

  1. Weeks 1 to 2

    The aim and the lane

Definite Aim, lane confirmed with HitSonar and SoundTally, the audience profile, the positioning sentence.

  2. Weeks 3 to 4

    The artist

Name, sound bible, identity page, reference imagery, bio. Handles and domain claimed.

  3. Weeks 5 to 6

    The song

Concept, hook, lyric and structure written together. The participation moment decided.

  4. Weeks 7 to 8

    The record

Generation or recording with a stopping rule, vocal direction, editing, quality control, rights cleared.

  5. Weeks 9 to 10

    The visuals

Cover art, a lyric video and the thirty-piece content set, made with you.

  6. Weeks 11 to 12

    The plan

Distribution submitted, the release calendar, the creator list, the bridge content, the paid test designed.

  7. Weeks 13 to 14

    The launch

Release week run together with daily check-ins. Outreach sent, bridge live, test running.

  8. Weeks 15 to 16

    The read and the handover

Thirty days of numbers, what to change, the next three singles planned, the system handed to you.

  • +Sixteen weekly working sessions with the founder, sixty minutes each, recorded for you.
  • +The Creator Tracks Bundle, opened on your account for good.
  • +The artist built with you: name, positioning, sound bible, identity page, reference imagery, bio and voice.
