What you are buying

AI Music Biz Academy sells access to online educational content: lessons, worksheets, checklists and, on some plans, personal feedback on your releases. Access is delivered through your account at our website immediately after payment.

We teach a method. We do not promise streams, views, income or any particular result. Your outcomes depend on your work, your music and the market.

Your account

One account per person. Keep your password private and do not share your login. We may close accounts that are shared, resold or used to copy the course.

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian purchase on your behalf.

Plans and billing

Lifetime plans are a one-time payment for access to the academy, including future updates to the course, for as long as the academy operates. Monthly membership renews each month until you cancel.

Prices are in US dollars and may change for new purchases. A price change never affects a lifetime plan you already bought.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Our content

The lessons, text, worksheets and materials are ours and are licensed to you for your personal use. Do not copy, share, resell or publish them. You may use everything you learn in your own music business without restriction.

Your content

Anything you write in the academy, such as your aim, reflections and capstone notes, is yours. We store it so you can come back to it. We do not use it for anything except running your account, unless you send it to us for feedback.

Third-party tools

The course refers to tools and platforms such as Suno, DistroKid, TikTok, YouTube and Spotify. We are not affiliated with them. Their terms, pricing and commercial-use rules are theirs and change without notice. Read them before you release music. Nothing in the academy is legal advice.

Changes and termination

We may update the course, add or retire lessons, and change these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

If the academy ever shuts down, we will give lifetime members at least 90 days notice and a way to download their own notes.

Liability

The academy is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
