Refund Policy

Your first month

If the academy is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of your first Core payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked, as long as you have completed fewer than five modules. Access ends when the refund is issued.

After 14 days, or after five or more modules are completed, that first payment is final. The course delivers its value the moment you can read it, and this policy is how we keep pricing fair for everyone.

Renewals, tracks and the bundle

Core membership, each creator track and the Creator Tracks Bundle renew monthly. Cancel or drop any of them at any time from the billing portal on your account page. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged for it again.

We do not refund partial months or renewal charges. If you were charged after you believe you cancelled, email us with the date and we will make it right.

How to request a refund

Email support@aimusicbizacademy.com from the address on your account with the word Refund in the subject. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
